According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a cow and bull pair that stopped to “have relations”  in Western Pennsylvania, caused a traffic jam on Friday morning.

The intersection was busier than usual because of ongoing construction, but the slow traffic was further hampered when the bovines refused to budge.

Troopers kept trying to shoo them off the highway, but that just got the bull mad.
